Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
